Welcome to ClinicGrower! We are seeking to fill full-time Sales Appointment Setters. Successful candidates will join a World-Class Team and have incredible opportunities for income, personal development, and professional growth! Daily tasks include inside sales, qualifying and setting appointments of inbound leads, outbound prospecting and follow-up to maximize appointments booked. You will be making 100+ dials per day to rapidly increase your income on top of your attractive base salary!

ClinicGrower is a leading digital marketing agency that works specifically with dental and medical practices in order to connect them with new patients in their community and help them grow their practice successfully. You will be responsible for booking appointments with key decision-makers at these practices including owners and/ or office management.

Being successful in this role means you’ve got sales and appointment setting experience under your belt and are ready to put your skills to work helping our passionate and growing agency. You may also have the ambition to grow into a full-time sales rep role, which will be an opportunity if you prove yourself in this role.

We’re looking for a full-time Sales Appointment Setter that can set appointments with inbound leads and outbound calls to dental and medical practices. The position is Full Time ( works remotely) between the hours of 10A-7PM EST/ 7A-4 PM PST Monday through Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):

  • B2B Appointment Setting: You should have a strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, good communication skills in order to successfully book appointments for our sales team with dental and medical practices.
  • Cold Call / Warm Call Leads to develop relationships, deliver value and book calls with sales team. 100+ dials per day.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Including but not limited to cold calls, warm calls to existing leads, SMS, emails, Social Messaging.
  • Qualifying Leads: Using scripts and frameworks to pre-qualify leads for sales calls
  • Handle inbound leads (incoming sales calls, emails, SMS) and manage them through the early phase of the sales cycle
  • Book appointments
  • Confirm appointments booked
  • Manage CRM including notes on all activities, conversations and future next steps.

REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):

  • The Key Outcome is most important: Booked Appointments With Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) That Show Up For Sales Calls!
  • You will also be required to show up with a level of energy and enthusiasm!
  • Ability to navigate tech and tools like excel and CRM
  • Ability to learn and move quickly and execute at a high level with speed.
  • Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling preferred
  • Strong business and business communication acumen
  • Self-starter who needs little management, just a track to run on
  • Desirable: understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads, and Online Sales Funnels (ClickFunnels/ GoHighLevel
  • Desireable: understanding of dental practice / front desk/ patient coordination
