THE ROLE

We are seeking a smart, motivated Full-Time Sales Development Representative & Team Lead to work within our growing team in this fully remote position. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Leader plays a critical role in growing our business. The primary focus of this position is running and leading appointment-setting campaigns from our Outbound Booking Center focused on cold calling, qualifying, and developing leads into sales opportunities. Divide your daily time efficiently and effectively to 80% (6 hrs) taking calls and 20% (1.5 hrs) non-agent tasks.

Our target market includes doctors and dentists based in the USA.

The purpose of this role is to increase ClinicGrower company revenue by enrolling more clients (medical and dental practices) into one of our proven Practice Growth Programs.

This will be done primarily using outbound appointment setting and inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The sales team here at ClinicGrower is located throughout the United States and Canada, with other team members across the globe.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING)...

Lead a team of SDRs that are responsible for delivering qualified sales leads (QSLS) to the sales team. The SDR Team Lead will be very organized, accountable for the team’s success and take responsibility for continuous coaching, and training of the team. The team lead will align SDR goals and activities with our plans to ensure the company achieves growth targets. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and reports to the Director of Sales. In this important role, you are also expected to lead by example, and complete SDR activities such as cold-calling and appointment setting also.

  • Perform SDR responsibilities as lead SDR

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage SDRs – grow the team

  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and implement incentives, Spiffs, and In-shift games.

  • Lead daily team huddles

  • Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize call scripts and other selling tools to improve rep productivity

  • Auditing appointment calls, to include Strengths, Areas for Improvement, and action plans.

  • Provide feedback on shift events such as A. daily reports that shows Dials and Appointments 

  • Work with sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff

  • Set appointments with qualified prospects

  • Divide your daily time efficiently and effectively to 80% (6 hrs) taking calls and 20% (1.5 hrs) non-agent tasks.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to senior management.


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • One to three years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role

  • Excellent customer-facing skills using written and verbal communication

  • Experience in utilizing and managing Sales CRM and data

  • Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline

  • Results driven and able to work through rejection

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently

  • Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the SDR team by example

  • Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience with dialing software like PhoneBurner is required

  • Knowledge of Healthcare preferred but not required

  • BA/BS degree is preferred but not required

The Results, The Rewards & The Pay

You'll need to meet or exceed sales goals tied directly to Qualified Sales appointments booked and show. These are base + commission positions. Our business development reps make between USD $1,000/mo-$3,000/mo depending on the exact role and the hours they put in. As team leader you will have a big opportunity to grow our sales development / outbound appointment booking team and increase your income significantly, while working remotely!
