We are seeking a Clinic Director (Remote) to support our Chief Clinical Officer and Client Success Team in driving results and lifetime value (LTV) for our clients.

ROLE


As the Clinic Director (Remote), you will support the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and Client Success Team for all client activities after the sales contract has been signed and to maximize retention and lifetime value through clinical and operational excellence.


You will champion, advocate and exemplify outstanding patient-centered care and be an interdisciplinary role model for each and all clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You will mentor and coach both in 1:1 and in group settings assisting our clients with maximizing the results of marketing campaigns and internal sales processes. When interacting with licensed medical professionals, clinic ownership, and stakeholders you will present yourself as a senior leader of the company in a caring and professional manner at all times.


To be a successful Clinic Director (Remote) one must bring the ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM and excel at collaborating with others to drive best practices, working directly with clients to achieve success, communicating with clients and teammates, and identifying opportunities for product expansion with clients.


You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of client objectives and success metrics to drive tailored solutions that will ultimately increase adoption and retention.


This position involves supporting the sales department with the onboarding of new clients; working with our clients on an ongoing basis as a point of contact; sending scheduled updates to all clients on the progress of their campaigns and creating and maintaining retention and referral programs to retain existing clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consulting & Coaching: You will host weekly group coaching calls with active clients to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and creating buy-in with our best practice resources and training. Provide clarity and accountability to clients as they progress through the program and services. Assist in the management, promotion, and engagement of the private client Facebook group. Host dedicated 1:1 calls with clients as part of their new client onboarding helping to identify cost savings, areas for improvement, and increased efficiencies.
  • Clinical Excellence: Create or update relevant training videos, SOPs, supports, and modules for our Client University under the direction and approval of the Chief Clinical Officer
  • Client Retention: Work actively with clients, their staff, and business advisors to promote best practices, and be the liaison for all external client activities. Recommend and assist in the design of action plans in such a way as to ensure maximum adoption, resolution, and recovery of all client issues. Lead client team trainings, help resolve minor issues and assign tasks and update ClinicGrower teams on enhancements, action items and to-dos
  • Client Onboarding: Responsible for supporting team leaders who provide client onboarding once the sales team has closed the sale and has filled out any required onboarding documents. Onboarding new clients and training those clients and their staff on our system when appropriate
  • Client Support: As an important part of the team, you will be responsible for answering client questions and addressing any concerns in an efficient, retention based manner. Recommend and execute action plans in such a way as to ensure maximum adoption, resolution, and recovery to all client issues.
  • Training: Lead impact training sessions with the client success team on clinical operations. Lead dedicated paid client team training sessions, help resolve minor issues and assign tasks and update ClinicGrower teams on enhancements, action items, and to-dos. Ensure the overall success of clients as they progress through their training program
  • Documentation: Maintain regular notes on all client meetings and communication within the client folder in their notes
  • Clearly Communicating the benefits of new product features and ensuring clients promptly adopt them
  • Develop and Maintain a Client Retention Strategy: Work with our leadership team to continue refining and improving the existing Client Retention Strategy
  • Research: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our services and process. Staying informed on current literature, and best practice guidelines for patient care

REQUIREMENTS


  • At least 5 years of professional experience operating a profitable medical practice or network of clinics
  • Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Efficient with all integrated platforms within the company
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally, and an ability to relay ideas clearly
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
  • Ability to work under high stress and pressing deadlines
  • Able to make autonomous decisions on how to handle clients based on company moral/values and set guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using emotional intelligence, de-escalation tactics and apply strong problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday for 40.0 Hours; Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it
  • Able to multitask efficiently and without issues
  • Generally reachable and responsive to client Inquiries and team members during working hours
  • Strict attention to detail and cross-checking data including fundamentals of documentation standards
  • Must be friendly, assertive, and able to clearly communicate with clients by phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Must be organized and able to update agency CRM regularly and maintain documentation on all pertinent client activities.
  • Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments
  • Experience with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or other project management tools an asset
  • Ability to show up on daily team Zoom meetings and huddles


Bonus / Preferences

  • Current registration with a medical college will be considered an asset
  • Prior education in health sciences, medicine, or a graduate degree will be considered an asset
  • Track record of contributing to the profitability of a 7-Figure or 8-Figure medical practice or network of clinics will be considered an asset
