ROLE
As a Google Ads Apprentice, you are ready to put your communication and logical skills to work helping a passionate and fast-growing agency serving medical, cosmetic & aesthetic practices with lead generation.
You're an aspiring professional who has a passion for advertising, creating premium ads, following proven structures and sop's, and a love for data/analytics.
You will have access to a series of winning ad campaigns and funnels, along with industry mentors, that you will use and you will be expected to build on this success by bringing your knowledge, skills, and experience. You will develop and create new campaigns, constantly seeking to improve our results for clients. Time Management and Prioritization are keys to success.
The position is Full Time (works remotely) with during hours M-F 8AM-6PM EST / New York

RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing: Help to strategize and manage all day-to-day digital marketing activities; including social media ads, landing pages, funnels, and automation software.
Setup and Manage Ad Campaigns on Google
Create ads using best practices and also provide your expertise in copywriting, image selection, video inclusion, headline selection, and other elements that drive success ad creation and ad performance
Understanding of TOF, MOF, BOF
Set up custom audiences and Lookalike Audiences
Setup Retargeting audiences and retargeting campaigns
Track performance daily and be responsible for KPIs: Monitor ad campaigns and pay close attention to details such as Cost Per Lead (CPL). Maintain budgets and monitor ad spend
Integrating our follow-up systems into ad campaigns using Zapier and HighLevel (GrowthXpress).
Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads for medical and dental clients using ads and funnels.
New ad campaign setup: Setting up ad campaigns and funnels using our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Testing: Testing variables of copy, images, video, and landing pages to optimize results.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize results with A/B tests, ad optimization, and funnel optimization. Run split tests and always try to improve results
Reporting + Analytics: Compile and analyze all the data from ad campaigns with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Research: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our services and processes. Especially related to efficient and effective lead generation. Maintain on the industry and research innovative ways to improve ad campaigns
Attend our company meetings unless otherwise approved to be absent, including but not limited to; coaching, leadership, company training, and company-wide. Show up on time for daily huddles at 8.30 am EST
Manage detailed and structured timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems using Monday.com and Asana
Communication: Clear and consistent internal team communications using Slack, Monday.com, Loom video explainers, and Zoom video calls.
Identify and communicate areas to improve, innovate and get better within our ad product and service delivery. Communicate this with the team and leadership regularly in our meetings. Absolutely MUST communicate wins and red alerts and if there are any issues with red alerts/lead guarantees you must proactively communicate this.
Manage detailed and structured timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems using Monday, ClickUp, Asana, and Slack

RESULTS
Overall Ad Account Results on Google Platform
Ad Account Optimization: lead optimization on red alert and struggling accounts and consistently make sure we are delivering maximum results and are within KPI. This includes creating and deploying new creative assets like images, video, and ad copy as needed and being proactive about optimizations

REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree in marketing (or equivalent) will be considered an asset
Tech savvy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment while maintaining a sense of perspective.
Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively and ability to work under pressure
Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you. Teamwork and “getting-it-done” are required.
A shared passion and curiosity for making change. This includes comfort with ambiguity, a restlessness that resists the status quo, and a commitment to quality that ensures we're always making progress
Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally, and ability to relay ideas clearly

Able to work a minimum 40-hour week with fixed hours M-F 8AM-6PM EST / New York
Flexiblity and willingness to work occasional additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it
Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack) during working hours
Strict attention to detail and cross-checking data
Must be organized and able to follow and update SOPs and complete weekly reports.
