ROLE
As Junior Sales Associate you will support a sales and marketing team through exceptional prospecting, appointment setting activities, and conversations to generate sales and new business opportunities for the agency.
Being an effective Junior Sales Associate means you’ve got some experience under your belt and are ready to put your skills to work helping a passionate and fast-growing agencies serving various industries. You also have the ambition and pedigree to grow into a full-time sales role promptly.
We’re looking for a self-starters who have a passion for creative thinking, a love for data/analytics to optimize results. You are both strategic and operational; you have the ability to learn tools and processes needed to respond to inquiries from prospects, book them and engage them in the pre-sale process.
You also have attention to detail and you can follow an SOP.
To be a successful Junior Sales Associate, you must excel at prospecting, engaging conversations, setting up calls and calendars, managing, tracking, and optimizing prospecting campaigns. Training is provided (paid) and you will be nurtured into a closer role should you achieve your full potential.
You will attend necessary Zoom Meetings, Strategic Meet-ups and events as the role requires.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):
You need to have a strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, great communication skills.
Manage Prospecting Campaigns in a CRM including notes on all activities, conversations and future next steps.
Call Warm & Cold Leads to develop relationships, deliver value and book calls with sales team
Track Performance Daily and pay close attention to KPI's
Testing: various strategies and outreach objectives to optimize results.
Attend Meetings unless otherwise approved to be absent, including but not limited to; coaching, leadership, company training, company-wide.
Manage Detailed and Structured Timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems using Asana, ClickUp or Monday
Communication: Clear and consistent internal team communications using Slack, Project Management Tools, Loom video explainers and on Zoom video calls. Identify areas that we can improve. Take your role and run with it. Identify areas we can improve, innovate and get better within our ad product and service delivery. Also communicate with your team and leadership regularly in meetings.

REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):
One to three years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or appointment setting role
Excellent customer-facing skills using written and verbal communication
Experience in utilizing and managing Sales CRM and data
Able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
Results driven and able to work through rejection
Proven success as a sales professional
Passion for winning!
Experience with dialing software like PhoneBurner or similar is required
Performing various administrative duties, such as preparing lead lists, campaigns, reporting, and conducting post-sale followups with the clients
Working with other team members to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
Accept inbound leads and manage them through the early phase of the sales cycle
Tech-savvy, ability to navigate tools like excel, CRM's; GHL, or SalesForce, etc.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment while maintaining a sense of perspective.
Organization: Staying organized, keeping notes, folders, and follow-up tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
Able to work during M-F 8.00 AM-6.00 PM EST; (availability some Saturdays is a bonus too!)
Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack) during working hours
Must be assertive and able to clearly communicate with team members via Loom video and Zoom video conferencing and in Slack and Project Management Software.
